Purpose: To provide technical services to entities with fish and wildlife resource management responsibilities that are in need of specific OWP knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) not available from an external private sector firm.
Primary Tasks:
1. To inform organizations and/or individuals with responsibilities for fish and wildlife management and planning, about the current OWP portfolio of each member's consulting competencies (i.e., collective skills, knowledge and abilities).
2. When appropriate, provide technical services through willing qualified member volunteers, including the development of programs, products and other activities that meet those entities' expectations and needs.
3. To maintain consistent communications between the OWP Technical Services Committee and other management entities with fish and wildlife responsibilities in order to learn of their potential needs for our assistance.
