The organizers of the Pathways to Success Conference have graciously agreed to allow persons who attend the Organization of Wildlife Planners (OWP) Road Ahead Workshop to make lodging reservations using the Pathways Conference online lodging reservation process.  There are two basic ways to make a lodging reservation for the OWP Road Ahead Workshop:

1.  If you are planning to attend both the Road Ahead Workshop and Pathways to Success Conference, you can submit one lodging registration form and stay in the same room for your entire stay.  These are the instructions to do this:

a.  Note your room selection for the Pathways Conference in the online lodging form.

b.  Add extra day(s) of lodging (for September 25th or 26th) by including the following note in the comment box at the bottom of the form:  "NOTE:  Pathways participant, arriving 2 days early for OWP Road Ahead (175334) - would like to stay in the same room the nights of September XX, XX".  See ** Notes below.

c.  Check your lodging confirmation receipt to make sure all of the dates of your stay are included.

2.  If you are already registered for the Pathways Conference and would like to add a night or two of lodging in order to attend the OWP Road Ahead Workshop, simply call the YMCA guest reservations line (888) 613-9622 and make lodging reservations over the phone for the days you need.  NOTE:  when talking with YMCA guest reservations you will need to mention the "OWP Road Ahead Workshop" so you can get the negotiated room/meal rates.

**NOTES:

  • Only Premier and Standard Lodging rooms are available for the nights of September 25th and 26th, 2010.  The Economy Lodge rooms are booked.
  • Lodging Room rates include a 3-meal plan.
